You can reserve items are for two (2) calendar days. To reserve an item means the buyer intends to make the purchase. Please do not reserve an item if you are not 100% sure you will purchase it. I'm always scouting for new things, please don't hesitate to ask to see new inventory before it's listed. It can be reserved for you. If you have any questions or concerns whatsoever please send me a email me. All items come from a SMOKE FREE home and have been cleaned and or polished. If they have not it is noted in the description.

Purchasing from chic modern vintage implies you have read, understand and agree to the policies and that you accept these terms.

PAYMENTS
Payments are due immediately of placing an order unless prior arrangements have been made prior to purchase.

SHIPPING
I ship only on Saturdays. Should you need your purchase sooner please let me know right away.

Anything fragile or valued over $20 will be shipped insured for the purchase price and if there are any shipping damage claims the buyer is responsible for filing claims with the post office.

— You will be provided a tracking number once your item has been shipped.

— To keep my commitment to reduce my carbon footprint; I recycle materials for shipping where possible. Therefore your purchase may or may not arrive the prettiest box but will be packed with the utmost care.

— Currently I do not shipping outside the US at this time. However, if you are in Canada and have interest in anything please email me to discuss.

— List any special shipping instructions in the notes of your order.

— If you're located in Dallas, TX purchased items can be picked up at a local UPS Store on Cedar Springs Rd a $10 fee will apply. This is not my fee it's theirs. I will NOT meet anyone to pickup or drop off

REFUNDS + EXCHANGES
I can not provide any refunds and/or exchanges on items in this collection, as they have been carefully inspected and/or carefully refurbished. Any imperfections have been noted.

— Anything fragile or valued over $20 will be shipped insured for the purchased price and if there are any claims the buyer will be responsible for filing claims with the post office.

— Though I do not offer refunds I do want you to have a pleasant experience. All issues are handled on a case-by-case basis contact me if you're not sure about something.

— In the event it is decided an exchange is warranted, the exchange will be for store credit less original shipping cost and seller's fees and will be shipped back in original condition at the buyer's expense.

FAQs
I received my purchase but it was damaged, will you refund my money?
– More than likely your purchase was shipped insured. You will need to contact you local post office to file a claim.

I notice you only ship on Saturday, can you ship it to me sooner?
– Yes, just send me an email to let me know. I generally check my email regularly.

Can you reduce the price?
– It depends on the item in question. You can email me to discuss.

Can you send additional pictures?
Yes, all you have to do is email me your request.
